For more than 50 years, Peddler’s Village in Bucks County has been a one-of-a-kind shopping, dining, family adventure, and R&R experience for millions of visitors from the mid-Atlantic region (including our childhood selves!). In 2014, we were asked to re-energize their brand and marketing platform, and in short order, created, produced and launched the first comprehensive campaign in over a decade for this “Everything but Ordinary” destination.
The campaign launched with high-impact outdoor, print, and digital placements in the Philadelphia and New York metro areas, reaching millions of potential guests and welcoming them to discover a getaway to the Village during the busy summer and fall months.
We have worked closely with the Village leadership to continue the Everything but Ordinary momentum, using a highly-targeted digital and social media campaign to promote the Village’s (many!) events and seasonal attractions.
In fewer than 18 months, SWELL and our partners at the Village have created, launched, and sustained a brand campaign that is making an impact on visits and revenue, while inspiring new thinking and methods internally. (And we’re not even close to finished.)
SWELL’s strategic and creative work contributed to 28,000 new web visitors per month during the Q2 and Q3 periods of 2015, reaching, engaging, and bringing a new generation of guests. The campaign has moved the needle on driving visits from growing numbers of younger guests and young families from Philadelphia, New York, and Washington.
