We've worked with Madison Apartment Group for years, designing collateral to support their apartment homes, so when they came to us to name and brand a not-yet-built-next-level-luxury apartment building, we put on our hard hats and jumped at the opportunity.
The property’s aesthetic was steeped in the area’s rich equestrian heritage, so we delved into “horse history” for inspiration for the identity, ultimately naming the building after the sire of a long line of champions saddlebreds. We further paid homage to the equestrian legacy with subtle iconography in the logo design and by diving even deeper into the history books to uncover the names of 18 champions which became the namesakes for the building’s 18 unique floorplans.
The thing that makes us the proudest about The Harrison has nothing to do with The Harrison at all. It is the fact that this was the third of five (very!) different Madison Apartment Group properties that we have been entrusted to brand. Our relationship with Madison began with a single brochure for an existing property (coincidentally, The Harrison’s next-door neighbor) and has since grown to include developing brands for both new and existing properties within their ever-expanding portfolio.
